2023-2024 Reservation Request Form – Stories For Our Islands

Please fill out a separate form for each grade or grade grouping. For example, if you want to request performances for a grade K-3 group and for a grade 4-6 group, please fill out separate requests. If you want to attend multiple shows with the same group, you can fill out a single form and select multiple shows.

Please note: this form is for O‘ahu schools only.

For reservations for neighbor island schools, please use the Neighbor Island Reservation Form instead.

The only available performances of Christmas Talk Story at this time are for the Wednesday 10:30 performances; all others are full. Groups requesting this show that are unable to schedule Wednesday 10:30 shows will automatically be added to a waiting list.

Step by Step and Happy Sad, Sad Happy are available to tour to your school!
– Minimum to tour to your school is 40 students
– Touring dates are different than those at HTY. You will be contacted separately to schedule touring performances.
– All other shows are offered at HTY only.

Early show times (9:00/9:30) are full for Christmas Talk Story and The Great Race. Please include later show time options (10:30/11:00) in your availability.

Early show times for Super Aunty are very limited. It is highly recommended to include later show time options.

Note that all days/times are set to Available by default. You will need to change your Preferred and NOT available choices with the drop-down menus.

Wednesday 10:30 performances are the hardest to fill, due to lack of availability of buses from Ground Transport – the issue is that taking you back to school at 11:30 (when the show ends) is too late.

If you use Roberts Hawai‘i or if your school has its own buses, and are able and willing to schedule Wednesday 10:30 shows, it would help us to schedule more groups on our hardest-to-fill performance of the week. Please confirm availability with the bus company beforehand.
