Description of Play:
Whether brought to Hawai‘i for economic opportunity, environmental necessity or to be with family, our neighbors from across the Micronesian sub-region of Oceania are often misunderstood. Little is known of the rich traditions and cultures they bring with them. Led by Ova Saopeng and Leilani Chan, this production will premiere at HTY before embarking on a national tour.
