Dear Parents & Families,

Thank you for your interest in HTY’s Primary Players program. We want to ensure you that we are working diligently to make sure your child(ren) will be as safe as possible while having a creatively enjoyable time during the program.

COVID-19 has changed the way we all operate, so we ask that BEFORE you register your child(ren), that you please read our NEW program information carefully. HTY’s guidelines are in accordance with CDC and State Dept of Health guidelines and subject to change.

If you are uncomfortable with any of our current policies in light of COVID-19, we ask that you wait to enroll your child(ren) until a future program. Our primary focus is, and always will be, your child(ren)’s well-being.

Outta this World: A Sci-Fi Adventure!

We all love stories of Outer Space.
Imagining who lives in that faraway place.

Four-armed Beings, 6 eyes with no hair.
Or maybe they look just like Auntie Claire.

We may not know, so how about pretending?
Creating space stories with glorious endings.

It’s all quite possible, using imagination.
So, join Primary Players. Create your speculation!

This Fall Primary Players will create stories of fantastical Sci-Fi adventure that are “Outta this World.” You imagine the story, you express your character and you perform your play!

Dates: Alternating Saturdays, Sep 12 – Dec 12, 2020
Times: 9am-11:30am
Ages: 7-11
Place: Central Union Church
Cost: $300 for Fall, or $500 for Fall/Spring Combined
The $500 offer is only good through September 4, 2020. Full cost will apply after that.

IMAGINE. CREATE. PERFORM. Participating in Primary Players inspires children to discover the creative fun of theatre. Through theatre games and dramatic exploration, the Players develop comfort and confidence with presenting playful performances and build their imaginative abilities.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
All registration forms are processed on a first come, first served basis. Please register and pay early as space is VERY limited. Registered students will receive a confirmation email as soon as their enrollment form has been processed. Payment must be made to secure your child(ren)’s place in the program.

TUITION:
$300 per child.
$100 discount for children enrolled in both Fall 2020 & Spring 2021 sessions by September 4, 2020 (i.e., $500 total for two programs).
When siblings enroll, tuition for each is $250. (i.e., a pair of siblings total is $500).
Discounts cannot be combined.
Payment must be made online, by mail, or by phone to secure your child’s place in the program.

REFUND POLICY:
Full refunds will be given if cancellation is received by September 4, 2020. Full refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be given until the first day of the program, September 12, 2020. No refunds will be given after the first class. Students withdrawing after the first day of the program will receive tuition credit toward other HTY programs. No refund or tuition credit will be given after the second day of the program.
