We asked students to reflect upon their experience with Summer Drama Adventure so far. Below is a selection of responses:
"Summer Drama has been an inspiring adventure for me throughout two summers. Acting means everything. I found my favorite thing. Acting. It has helped me to learn to be weird. Acting is where I should be because we learn the basics of having fun. The best part of Summer Drama is how to reenact our plays in different areas. The most challening was learning to work as a group. We finally pulled it off. I look forward to working on our plays. It's fun." -- Byron, age 11
"Summer Drama Adventure is fun. I like group time with my group Medusa's Golden Dragon. The hardest part is making our play. I'm excited to put on the play." -- Drew, age 9
"It has been fun so far. It's fun because it's easy. The most challenging part is working with my group. I look forward to the play." -- Tyler, age 8
"Summer Drama Adventure is excellent because we have done fun stuff. The best part is practicing on stage. The hardest is focusing on my task. I always look forward to working on the set." -- Ethan, age 7
"It's WONDERFUL! I like the games. The most difficult thing is not getting into trouble. I look forward to working on the set." -- Inez, age 7
"So far, Summer Drama Adventure has been great. My favorite part so far has been creating our myths. The most challenging part is working on the set. I look forward to working with my story group." -- Jessie, age 10
